Hollybank House is a Country House B&B and is a lovely alternative to a hotel, located in Emsworth between Portsmouth and Chichester, with free wi-fi and credit card facilities.

On the outskirts of Emsworth at the top of a long private drive Hollybank House is a beautiful Georgian family home in a mature 10 acre garden, offering Bed and Breakfast accommodation in a wonderfully quiet haven but within easy reach of Portsmouth, the Historic Dockyard and Ferry Port, Chichester, Goodwood, Hayling Island, Chichester Harbour and the South Downs.

Friendly, comfortable accommodation whether you are on business, visiting friends and family, exploring our diverse area, attending an event at Goodwood, enjoying a relaxing few days, or wanting a good nights rest before a Channel crossing.

The extensive lawn at Hollybank House is a unique marquee site for your individually tailored wedding reception or private party. The elegant receptions rooms are available for smaller functions.

Bed and Breakfast

All our guest bedrooms are spacious and enjoy views across the garden or woods, and some towards Chichester Harbour to the south.

Our rooms are well-furnished with comfortable seating and have free wi-fi, flat screen TV/DVD’s, hair dryer, hospitality tray with an assortment of teas, coffees and hot chocolate, bottled water and a selection of biscuits. .

Weddings

Hollybank is a unique, romantic and friendly venue for wedding receptions or private functions.

The extensive lawn with distant views to Chichester Harbour offers the perfect marquee site to create your own very special occasion, using marquee firms, caterers, florists and other suppliers of your choice.

Functions and Events

The lovely atmosphere of the house lends itself to occasions such as family reunions, funeral receptions, birthday and anniversary parties, small informal wedding receptions or private dinner or lunch parties for up to up to 30 seated in Dining Room or approx. 80 for a buffet. A marquee can be erected on the lawn for larger functions.
